Collection of annual/quarterly or monthly HOA assessments
Oversight of maintenance and accounting for each association
Corresponding with Board Members, HOA members, etc... regarding budget or home owner issues
Payment to service providers such as landscaping companies, security guard companies, utilities, insurance, etc…
Enforcing subdivision restrictions by providing notices of violations, assessing violation fees or taking legal action against the violators (subject to Board approval).
Provide income and expense reports for those associations being serviced by accounting services
Assist board at association meetings or functions, when requested
