  • Oversight of maintenance and accounting for each association

  • Corresponding with Board Members, HOA members, etc... regarding budget or home owner issues

  • Payment to service providers such as landscaping companies, security guard companies, utilities, insurance, etc…

  • Enforcing subdivision restrictions by providing notices of violations, assessing violation fees or taking legal action against the violators (subject to Board approval).

  • Provide income and expense reports for those associations being serviced by accounting services

  • Assist board at association meetings or functions, when requested
