About the Company

Guajardo Management Group LLC handles the operations and monitors the maintenance for local Home Owner Associations. Our management group works within the budget for each Association to oversee, maintain and improve the quality of living for local subdivision associations. Our goal is to help improve the property values for each community by encouraging members of the Associations to abide by the HOA covenants and restrictions, which also includes payment of their mandatory assessments.
